Four of the spacious and well-appointed bedrooms and the family room are upstairs, and the two downstairs bedrooms are separated from the public areas of the house by a water feature for added privacy. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and private balconies or verandas with views of the bay.
Outdoor living is complimented by the infinity-edge swimming pool, spa and seaside gazebo with spectacular views of Discovery Bay, the mountains, and brilliant sunsets.
Active guests can enjoy the well equipped air-conditioned gym with outdoor shower and spa, and the private tennis court with lights for night play. Complimentary kayaks and snorkeling equipment is also provide for your enjoyment.

The owners of Makana have stressed luxurious nighttime comfort by installing top-of-the-line mattresses and pillows, and hypo-allergenic down feather bed mattress toppers. All bedrooms have closet safes.
Second Level:
-Bedroom 1 Master Bedroom is a 840 sq. ft. suite with king bed, lounge area, full-size sleeper sofa, flat screen TV and private balcony. The bathroom is equipped with a Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity.
-Bedroom 2 "Papaya" is 540 sq. ft. with a king size bed, bathroom with walk-in shower, flat screen TV, and private balcony.
-Bedroom 3 "Breadfruit" is 480 sq. ft. with a king size bed, flat screen TV, and private balcony. The bathroom has a shower.
-Bedroom 4 "Blue Room" is 450 sq. ft. with two queen size beds, bathroom with shower/tub. This bedroom can accommodate 4 children and has a television and PlayStation. There is a private balcony with a lockable door.
First Level Annex - 3 bedrooms:
A unique interior water feature joins the main house to a connecting private annex. The annex includes a sitting room and three bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom and terrace.
-Bedroom 5 "Sugarcane" - is 380 sq. ft. with king bed, bathroom with shower/tub, flat screen TV, and private veranda.
-Bedrooms 6 "Bamboo" is 440 sq. ft. with king size bed, bathroom with large walk-in double shower, flat screen TV, and private veranda.

Located near the entrance of Fortlands Road (a 10-15 minute walk or 3 minute drive from your villa), is the newest water park & beach club to the North Coast. For various fees, guests may enjoy the large aqua park, scuba diving, snorkeling, kayaks & paddle boards. The club hosts a full service bar and restaurant as well as private beach cabanas or sun loungers for rent.
