Frankfort has once again reaffirmed its position as one of the most desirable properties in Jamaica with the addition of a beautiful new swimming pool. The old sugar wharf house of the 18th Century still retains it's original beamed ceilings and fortified stone walls but now has been renovated into a spacious and airy dining room and living room. Included in the Frankfort rental, is another charming house situated right on the beach. This old School House is self contained with its own 3 bedrooms, bathrooms and living room. A romantic hideaway where guests can sleep with the soothing sound of the Caribbean sea lapping against Jamaica's most exclusive beach. The School House has also been completed renovated with new furnishings, bathroom and the addition of an exercise area with new high end treadmill. The School House also has wireless ADSL.

Frankfort’s two acres include a 6,000-square-foot soft lawn and the remarkable 7,500-square-foot private beach. The private beach at Frankfort has to be the finest white sand beach in Jamaica. In addition the villa has recently added a large pool and 8 person spa close to the beach.

Bedroom Configuration:

Main House

Each bedroom in the main house has a flat screen television and opens through double doors to the 80' balcony and ocean view. Each bathroom has chic Euro-design Grohe fixtures, double-basin vanity and glass-wall shower. While all bedrooms have blackout curtains and remote-control quiet air conditioning, you may opt to sleep with doors open to the sound of waves lapping on the beach.

School House

A cut stone path leads 60 feet across the lawn to the old School House, built in 1953 for the Mitchells’ only daughter, Mary Jean. While Sir Harold and Prime Minister Churchill were meeting in the main house, little Mary Jean’s care and education were looked after here by her nanny and her tutor.

As with all of the luxurious Prospect villas, the house is fully staffed with a cook, butler, housekeeper/laundress and all night security. The friendly on-site management greet all guests and are happy to cater to their individual needs.

Guests can also enjoy the free use of the Estate's tennis court and jitney tours all within an easy 5 minute walk of the villa. Guest receive discounts on greens fees from Sandals Upton Golf Club and horse back riding.
