Flower Hill - This breathtaking and luxurious 18,000 sq. ft. villa completed in the summer of 2012 is located in the Montego Bay, Spring Farm villas overlooking the Half Moon Resort golf course and the Caribbean Sea. The 6-bedroom 14-bathroom villas was constructed using the finest materials and with immaculate attention to the details. This villa truly has it all; from the finest of materials, to every amenity one could want. Spectacular bedrooms suites, state-of-the-art electronics, fully-equipped gym, a media and games room and an elevator to make your travel between floors a snap.

Golfers will find some of the finest golf courses in Jamaica within minutes of the front door: The Half Moon Resort course with its world-famous 18th hole, the recently redesigned Rose Hall Cinnamon Hill, and the spectacular new Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall's White Witch. The villa has a full membership at the nearby exclusive Half Moon Resort, including golf, beach and tennis (cart fee, caddy and clubs additional cost). The villa also has special rates at both Cinnamon Hill and White Witch golf courses. This includes the cart and caddy fee.

Flower Hill comes with a staff of 10; including 2 butlers, chef, 3 housekeepers, laundress, 3 gardeners and a business manager. The staff resides in a separate staff house on the property. At least one male and one female staff member are on-site 24 hours a day.

-The Fleur de Lys Suite and James Room  - has a king bed, separate sitting room (The James Room), bathroom with double vanities, walk-in shower and a soaker tub. For additional sleeping accommodations, the James Room has a king-size sofa bed and its own bathroom with walk-in shower. The suite also has a private patio with garden views.
-Rainforest Bedroom has a king bed en-suite bathroom, and outdoor patio.
