Calabash Bay Villa - The main house, Calabash Bay Villa, has four bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, several large inside and outside living and dining spaces, a fresh water pool and private access to the beach. Features of the Villa include a large waterfront thatch gazebo, a freshwater pool, complimentary wireless access, a Jake's signature outdoor shower and soaking tub designed by Sally Henzell, DVD and CD player, a live-in chef and a staff of three. The Villa is best suited for six adults and two children. When combined with the cottage, the property can ideally sleep eight adults and four kids/teens.

Bedroom Configuration:

All bedrooms have private bathrooms, air conditioning and ceiling fans.

Bamboo One(Master bedroom) has a four-poster king bamboo artisan bed ocean view, sitting area with Rattan sofa and chairs, deluxe bathroom en suite with double sinks, spacious Italian tiled walk-in shower with extra large showerhead for a rainfall effect, large corner Jacuzzi, A/C & fan.

Bamboo Two has a four-poster queen bamboo artisan bed, rattan armchair and table, ocean view, en suite shower/tub, Jake's signature outdoor shower/bath and additional beach shower designed by Sally Henzell with mosaic tiles, colored glass and shells, A/C & fan.

Queen Two has a queen bed with a Moroccan artisan metal and wood headboard, en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, garden view, A/C & fan.

Children's Room has two twin beds with antique replica headboards, en suite bathroom with large walk-in mosaic shower and bathtub, garden view, TV and DVD player, A/C & Fan.

Amenities of Calabash Bay Villa:

• Four en suite bedrooms (one king, two queens and one with two twin beds) which comfortably sleep six adults and two kids/teens.
• Living Room has a TV with satellite television and a DVD/CD player (guests of the property have access to Jake’s eclectic DVD and CD library).
• The twin bedroom also has a small TV and DVD player.
• Guests can use the facilities at Jake's and charge meals/drinks to the Villa.
• Live-in cook/caretaker along with a housekeeper and maid (additional staff are available when the villa and cottage are rented together).
• Optional pre-ordered grocery shopping and menu planning service available. A service fee of USD$10 will apply for each delivery.
• Two main dining areas - one inside and one on the large verandah outside.
• Exclusive use of the freshwater pool, one of the few in the area.
• Private access to the half mile of secluded sandy beach.
• A large beachfront thatch gazebo. (Dining in the gazebo is also possible.)

Calabash Bay Cottage - Also on the property is Calabash Cottage. A smaller version of the main house, this unit is well-suited for a small family and includes two bedrooms, a shared bathroom, full kitchen, inside and outside dining, and a great wooden deck for lounging or tanning. With its own private access to the beach, this cottage can be rented by itself or in conjunction with Calabash Bay Villa. The Cottage also has a full view of the sea from its lounging deck that sits amid the branches of a beautiful lignum vitae tree. Below an outdoor shower enclosed with fish pot sticks and decorative tiling has the practical value of being a "wash-off" shower but with enough privacy for those who want to bath in the open air.

The Cottage is best suited for two adults and two children or teenagers if part of the Villa’s party. Guests of the Cottage do not have access (unless part of the Villa's party) to the pool, but they have full beach access and access to Jake’s saltwater pool. A housekeeper will service the two-bedroom unit on a daily basis (including turn-down service), however cooking is the responsibility of the guests.

Both bedrooms have private bathrooms, air conditioning and ceiling fans. The two rooms share a shower/bath bathroom.

Bedroom One has a gardenview, two twin beds, A/C and fan..

Bedroom Two has a partial oceanview, queen bed, writing desk (with full oceanview), a/c and fan.

• Two bedrooms (one queen and one with two twin beds) which comfortably sleep two adults and two kids/teens. One shared bathroom with combined bath/shower.
• Living Room has a TV with satellite television and a DVD/CD player (guests of the property have access to Jake’s eclectic DVD and CD library).

• Use of all facilities at Jake's and the ability to charge meals at Jake’s to the Cottage .
• A spacious wooden deck built around the branches of a lignum vitae tree and perfect for lounging, tanning and dining (dining is also available inside).
